Real people, training.
AYRLI is a small app for people who train with other people. These are the rules, and they are short on purpose.
Everybody here is a real person
One person, one account. Do not make a second one, and do not make one for somebody else.
No AI-generated people or posts
No generated faces, no generated profiles, no generated posts. If a photo is not of a real thing that really happened, it does not belong here. Report it and it comes down.
To be exact about the one place software does the work: if you say your sets out loud instead of typing them, your phone turns the speech into words and the audio never leaves it. The words are then read into sets by an AI service — what that is and what it is sent is on the privacy page. It fills in your own workout log; it does not write posts or people.
No politics
There are plenty of places for it. This is not one. Nothing here is a judgement about anybody's opinion — it is about what this app is for.
Nobody ranks your feed
Posts appear newest first. There is no algorithm deciding what you see, no engagement score, and no advertising anywhere in the app. There never will be.
Don't be a problem to other people
No harassment, no hate, no impersonation, no nudity, no spam. Nothing that would make somebody dread opening the app.
AYRLI never ranks anybody by what they lift, and neither should you. Turning up is the only thing this app counts.
What you can do about somebody
Report — the “…” on any post, profile, club or club member. Reports come to us, not to them, and they are never told who reported them. We read every one.
Block — from the same menu, or from Account → Blocked accounts. A block works both ways and everywhere: you will not see each other in a crew, at a club, in search, in the feed, or in each other's stories. They are not told.
What happens when somebody breaks these
Content that breaks these rules is removed. Accounts that keep breaking them are removed, and a removed account cannot come back on the same number.
If we get it wrong, use the contact form and a person will read it.
Your own data
You can delete your account yourself, from You → Account → Delete account, and it happens immediately rather than after a waiting period. What is stored and what is not: Privacy. The agreement itself: Terms.
